Throughout history, Boxing has been one of the most well-known sports across the world. More recently, it has become a very popular fitness trend to lose weight and get in shape. At its best, Boxing is both a graceful yet explosive art-form, a simple unadulterated depiction of what the human body is capable of achieving.

It’s generally considered a hybrid of various martial arts, formed by borrowing elements from a range of traditional styles. This approach has become increasingly popular since the 1970s. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness and as a contact sport.

Calisthenics are essentially bodyweight exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements - running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. - often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment.
The QCAGEFIT Callisthenics Signature Program uses movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, swinging etc., against the best resistance - your own body weight to increase body strength, fitness and flexibility. When performed actively and correctly, this program provides the benefits of muscular conditioning, while also improving your balance, agility and coordination. VILLAGE TRANING

Our Farm Fitness Program is for those people interested in Outdoor Trainings, Nature Therapy, Stress Reduction and Natural Workouts. These training retreats will consist of morning farm fitness sessions, afternoon sessions of exploring the various trails around the home stay and evening stress relieving yoga / stretching sessions. Throughout the stay there will be scheduled group activities and individual focused sessions with the trainers
