QCAGEFIT is a one-of-a-kind personal training facility that prepares you for an action-oriented life, by improving your overall fitness levels. Located in Oshiwara, Andheri, we help create a personalised environment for you to pursue your fitness goals.

All our signature training modules have been developed by experienced trainers, using the base techniques and learnings of MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing and Calisthenics.

It’s best for people who don’t have time to figure out what the heck all this equipment is and which routine should be done when.

Q.2- I don’t know what I’m doing, so how do I work out?

We’re there to help you navigate the sometimes intimidating fitness waters. That’s our job. All you have to do is show up.

Q.3- Do I have the time to do the QCAGEFIT Signature Program?How much time does it take?

Many of our clients have serious time constraints; whether it’s their kids or a busy job or just hobbies. Our experienced QCAGEFIT Gurus help you design a safe, well-rounded, personalised program, as per your specific fitness goals and history, keeping all your limitations in mind. In fact, we can tailor a QCAGEFIT signature workout that can even be done during your lunch break.

Q.4- Why do I need a Personal Trainer when I can go to the gym any time I want?

That depends - Are you going to your gym consistently? Are you a fitness expert who can maximize your own total body workout in a way that is consistent and efficient? Well, with a Personal Trainer you’ll always have someone invested in your fitness success.

Q.5- I have health issues, so is it fine to still work out?

We certainly need to talk more. We‘re always willing to work with whatever your concerns and limitations are and develop a tailored physical fitness program that can be designed around your specific health and fitness levels.

Q.6- Will I lose weight?

Certainly. It would be impossible for you not to lose weight if you follow the QCAGEFIT program. Our workouts give you improved appearance, overall strength, energy, mobility, balance and coordination, osteoporosis prevention, and an increased resistance to injury.

Q.7- Will I get big muscles like men?

Don’t worry, ladies. Your body will look amazing and well-toned you won’t get big guns like the guys.

Q.8- Will I have to fight? Will I get injured?

The general idea with all our programs is to train like a fighter without getting hit! While you will face some contact, our QCAGEFIT Gurus understand your boundaries. They will however, push you to your limit and constantly make you reach for more in terms of your fitness goals.

Q.9- Are The QCAGEFIT programs for weight loss or self-defense?

It doesn’t matter whether you want to lose weight or know more about self-defense. You will get the exposure of skills, conditioning and fitness training to do both, without the worry of fighting, getting punched or being kicked.
